Key Accountabilities:

  • Create and maintain various documents and records as required.
  • Issue of memos and circulars as necessary.
  • To key all records ( MR, Receipts, and Stock adjustment ) into the SAP System
  • To maintain a proper inventory record in the computer and co-ordinate with Account / HR and other Departments on matters related to the department function and departmental employees.
  • Provide administrative support to various stake holders in the department.
  • To maintain proper filling of all documents ( Material purchase and Certificates, Etc. )
  • To monitor the stationery and document (Gate pass, MRN, GRS, GRN, Etc. )
  • Coordination with other departments on administrative or commercial matters or as instructed by supervisors.
  • Comply with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
  • Performs other secretarial and clerical duties or assignments as directed.
