Looking for a Call center Agent for Doha, Qatar.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle high volumes of inbound calls and enquiries from numerous channels.
  • Handle customer enquiries and emails.
  • Deal with outbound calls to target potential customers and be required to meet conversion quotas and KPIs.
  • Manage and handle customer complaints, escalating to the relevant stakeholders and ensuring accurate reporting.
  • Meet our customer SLA’s to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree holder.
  • Two years experience as Call center Agent.
  • Extremely organized and efficient.
  • Demonstrates solid work ethics.
