About this role
  • deal with various HR queries from employees and the business process and route them as appropriate for action.
  • Provide advice to employees on ER matters including allowances and benefits for employees and dependets medical insurance and related HC policies and procedures
  • Maintain employee record and files soft and hard copies ensure availability of up to date employee and dependet document in the employee files/ HR systems.
  • Use HR information systems ( SuccessFactors and SAP) to access input and complie date, rasie and review employee letters and ensure they are delivered as per agreed KPI
  • Prepare and issue employee letters and ensure they are delivered as per agreed KPI.
  • Recommed rpocess impovements to enhance day to day ER services and submit proposal to Head.
